Terms of service (draft)
Updated: 2026-10-26
Draft. Plain-language starter terms for the LeadsToBids pilot. Have a lawyer review before charging customers.
What we provide
LeadsToBids builds and hosts a website and a simple client list for your business, based on what you tell us.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is published under your account. Give true information about your business, license and insurance.
Publishing
Your site goes public as soon as you finish sign-up. Sign-ups that look like spam may be held for a quick check first. We may take down a site that is misleading, illegal, or uses content you do not have the right to use.
Plans and payment
No card is collected during sign-up. We confirm your plan with you before you are charged. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the website. The trial covers your website only; lead generation (ads) is never part of the trial and requires signing up for a paid ad package. The plan is month to month or yearly, with no setup fee and no contract. You can cancel anytime; your site is taken offline at the end of the paid period. If you are not happy, ask within 14 days of a payment for a refund. Optional ad budgets are prepaid, and unused budget is refunded. Each ad package shows the ad spend and our management fee separately, before you pay and on every invoice. Optional extras (own domain on the monthly plan, more city pages, done-for-you setup) are listed with their prices on the pricing page and are only added if you ask for them.
Your content
Your text, photos, logo and client list stay yours. You give us permission to show them on your website. You can download your client list anytime.
No guarantees
We work to keep your site fast and online, but we cannot guarantee a number of calls, leads, or search rankings.
